Job summary

Envirochoice Food Packaging Australia in Prestons, NSW, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the friendly voice of the brand and the heart of NSW operations. You’ll handle calls, process orders, and work closely with Sales, Finance and Warehousing to ensure smooth service.

You’ll engage with customers, manage enquiries, and support quotations while building strong relationships and promoting our sustainable packaging solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or similar admin role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Tech-savvy and willing to learn new systems.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Providing updates on order status and delivery timelines
• Coordinating with warehouse for smooth dispatch
• Assisting with product enquiries and resolving issues
• Supporting internal sales activities, including quotations and follow-ups

• General administration and ad hoc duties
