Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Management of daily customer orders to maximize fulfilment.
• Manage ad-hoc orders by liaising with all relevant stakeholders to maximise fulfilment.
• Manage daily customer enquiries and complaints to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
• Having open communication channels and work collaboratively with Distribution, Transport & Inventory teams.
• Develop and maintain internal stakeholder relationships with Account Managers to improve customer experience.
• Manage Customer DC bookings and submission of grids to the Transport teams.
