Job summary

PepsiCo Australia is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator in Sydney to keep orders flowing, maintain customer relationships, and drive service excellence.

You will manage daily orders, handle enquiries and complaints, and collaborate with Distribution, Transport & Inventory teams to maximize fulfilment and customer satisfaction, leveraging SAP and MS Office. Responsibilities

• Manage daily customer orders to maximize fulfilment.
• Liaise with stakeholders to maximise fulfilment of ad-hoc orders.
• Handle daily customer enquiries and complaints to ensure satisfaction.
• Communicate openly with Distribution, Transport & Inventory teams.
• Develop and maintain relationships with Account Managers to improve customer experience.
• Manage Customer DC bookings and submission of grids to Transport teams.
