Job summary

Coca-Cola Europacific Partners is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator based in Yatala to support customers and ensure smooth day-to-day distribution centre operations. In this full-time, permanent role, you will interact across phone, email, live chat and face-to-face channels, coordinating with warehouse, dispatch and logistics teams to deliver outstanding customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience within a customer service, logistics, warehousing, transport or customer operations environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills with strong attention to detail.
• Confidence using Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word and Teams.
• Experience using Microsoft Dynamics or similar customer management systems highly regarded.
• A proactive approach to problem solving and continuous improvement.
• Commitment to maintaining safe work practices and operational compliance.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries across phone, email, live chat and face-to-face channels, delivering exceptional customer service.
• Resolve delivery and service enquiries by working with warehouse, dispatch and logistics teams.
• Provide customers with timely updates on deliveries, collections and service requests.
• Support customer collections, cooler swaps and equipment returns while maintaining accurate records.
• Assist with stock verification and operational tasks to support day-to-day distribution centre activities.
• Maintain accurate customer information and documentation across business systems.
• Ensure compliance with site safety requirements and operational procedures.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance customer service and operational efficiency.
