Job summary

Coca-Cola Europacific Partners (CCEP) is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator for our Heatherton, VIC site. This hands-on role connects customer service with logistics, ensuring efficient deliveries and smooth day-to-day operations.

You will work across phone, email, live chat and face-to-face interactions, collaborating with warehouse and dispatch teams while moving between customer service and operational tasks throughout the day.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, ideally within logistics, warehousing or delivery operations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat and in person to resolve issues.
• Coordinate with logistics and dispatch to ensure timely deliveries and collections.
• Provide real-time delivery updates and manage exceptions as they arise.
• Support walk-in customers with collections, cooler swaps and equipment returns.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and delivery details.
