Cleanaway is hiring a Customer Care professional to join our fast-paced, supportive team in New South Wales. You will be the first point of contact for Commercial & Industrial and Municipal Council customers, delivering friendly service and resolving enquiries efficiently.

You’ll coordinate service bookings, maintain accurate customer data in Salesforce, and work closely with operations to meet customer needs while upholding our commitment to sustainable waste management.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or contact centre.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and calm under pressure.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Proactive team player with CRM system proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound calls and emails with friendly, professional service.
• Coordinate service bookings and process requests accurately.
• Investigate and resolve customer enquiries and complaints for positive outcomes.
