Job summary

Based in our Pinkenba office, Cement Australia’s Customer Experience Coordinator role supports the movement of products across our national network. You will be the first point of contact for customers, process orders and coordinate deliveries with transport providers and internal teams.

In this fast-paced role you’ll handle multiple priorities, build trusted relationships, and contribute ideas to improve service and efficiency while supporting a safe, reliable supply chain.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced customer service or operations roles.
• Ability to process high volumes of orders accurately.
• Strong communication skills with customers and internal teams.
• Proven organisational skills and multi-tasking capability.
• Proactive, solutions-focused mindset in busy periods.
• Experience with ERP systems; SAP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for customers via phone and email.
• Process high volumes of customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Monitor deliveries and proactively communicate transport updates and delays.
• Investigate and resolve customer enquiries with professionalism and urgency.
• Liaise with transport providers, production teams and internal stakeholders to keep orders on track.
• Balance daily priorities in a busy operational environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Contribute ideas to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
