Job summary

SC Technology Group, based in Geelong, seeks an organised Operations Coordinator to support customers, sales, service and admin functions. You will coordinate customer orders, installations, service requests and inventory while building strong customer relationships.

The role involves logistics, scheduling and cross-team collaboration to ensure timely delivery of products and services with a focus on a seamless customer experience. Prior admin/service coordination experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in administration, customer service, service coordination, operations support or a similar role.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service through responsive and proactive communication.
• Coordinate logistics activities including procurement, delivery, installation, relocation and collection of equipment and other assets.
• Schedule and monitor service activities and technician workloads to meet customer and business requirements.
• Liaise with customers, third-party service providers, and internal teams to facilitate timely outcomes.
• Maintain accurate customer, asset, inventory, and service records.
• Provide reception, administrative and operational support across the business.
