Job summary

Kingspan Insulated Panels is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator in Sydney to be a pivotal contact for customers from enquiry to resolution. You will manage accounts, coordinate orders, respond to inquiries, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate, timely outcomes.

Ideal candidates have proven office-based customer service experience, strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining service standards.

  • Proven experience in customer service and administration in an office-based environment.

  • Proficiency with computers and standard office software.
  • Strong mathematical and numerical skills.
  • SAP experience is advantageous but not essential – full training will be provided.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through telephone, email and face-to-face interactions.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries, requests and issues.
  • Manage customer complaints in collaboration with our Quality team, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Accurately enter and maintain information within the production scheduling system.
  • Liaise with our Technical team regarding product knowledge, order interpretation and customer advice.
  • Communicate product lead times clearly and effectively to customers.
  • Conduct customer site visits where appropriate.
  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring production deadlines are met.
  • Review detailed orders to ensure a high level of accuracy before progressing to production.
  • Manage customer accounts and provide ongoing support.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and relevant training.
  • Complete other administrative duties relevant to the role.

About the Role:
