Job summary

Avis Budget Group Rocklea is seeking an entry-level Customer Service Agent to greet customers at the rental counter, process bookings and respond to inquiries. You will learn our processes with full training and be part of a supportive team that values service excellence.

This full-time role is 38 hours per week, with 5 weeks of annual leave, a competitive hourly rate plus loadings and bonuses, and staff parking.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional service.
• Comfortable using computer systems to manage bookings and rental information.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers face to face, promoting the Avis Budget Group brand.
• Complete rental transactions, contracts and bookings.
• Clean the interior and exterior of vehicles according to company standards.
• Inspect vehicles for damages from previous rentals.

About the Role

In this role you will be the face of our brand! You’ll interact with our customers at the rental counter, complete rental bookings and responding to general customer inquiries.

What you’ll do

• Interact with our customers face to face, promoting the Avis Budget Group brand
• Completing rental transactions, contracts and bookings
• Cleaning the interior and exterior of our vehicles according to company standards
• Inspecting vehicles for any damages that occurred during the previous rentals

• Availability to work 38 hours per week
