Avis Budget Group at Cairns Airport is seeking a friendly casual customer service associate to greet customers, handle rental bookings, and respond to inquiries. You will be the face of the brand at the counter and help customers choose add-ons that fit their needs.

About the Role

In this role you will be the face of our brand! You'll interact with our customers at the rental counter, complete rental bookings and responding to general customer inquiries.

What you'll do

• Review in detail ABG's various add on's and services as to determine what may best suit the customer
• Communicate rental procedures and guidelines effectively
• Complete rental bookings in a timely, efficient and accurate manner
• Answering customer questions and inquiries

What We're Looking For

• A full and valid Australian driver's licence
• Availability to work a rotating roster (including weekends, evenings, and public holidays)
• Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional service
• Comfortable using computer systems to manage bookings and rental information
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
