• Handle complaints and ensure timely follow-up per procedures.
• Promote PFD’s product range during interactions.
• Create/update customer records and assist with new accounts.
• Generate custom pantry/order sheets from history.
• Support other departments with admin tasks as needed.
• Adhere to health, safety, and compliance policies.
