PFD Food Services in Mildura is seeking a proactive Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for customers placing orders, handling enquiries and resolving issues with professionalism.

You will manage high-volume calls, process orders via multiple channels, and promote the company’s product range while maintaining accurate customer records and contributing to a positive safety culture.

Responsibilities

• Receive and manage a high volume of inbound customer calls.
• Accurately process orders received via phone, email, fax, and online channels.
• Make outbound calls to follow up with customers, confirm orders, and share product updates.
• Prepare, maintain and update reports, spreadsheets and customer records using Microsoft Excel.
• Assist with banking, payment processing, account reconciliations and related administrative activities.
• Handle and record customer complaints, ensuring follow-up and resolution in line with procedures.
• Promote PFD’s extensive product range during customer interactions.
• Create and update customer records and assist in setting up new accounts.
• Generate custom pantry/order sheets using customer order history.
• Support other departments with administrative or operational tasks as required.
• Adhere to all workplace health, safety, food safety, and compliance policies, and actively contribute to a positive safety culture.
