• 1–2 years of customer service experience, preferably FMCG.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent data accuracy and attention to detail when processing orders.
• Good time management and ability to prioritise competing demands.
• Team-focused with a supportive mindset and positive customer outcomes.
• Comfort with technology and learning new systems; SAP experience beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Receive, validate and process customer orders accurately.
• Respond to customer and consumer inquiries via phone and email.
• Investigate consumer claims and maintain open claims in systems.
• Support 3PL inventory management and collaborate with internal teams.
• Provide high level customer service and pursue continuous improvement.
