Wells Bodyworks & Towing, part of the AMA Group, is a leading provider in Australia and New Zealand in collision repair. The team supports insured, private, and commercial customers with repairs, parts, consumables and recycling.

We are seeking a Customer Service Officer for a permanent, Monday to Friday role in Hobart. You will greet customers, manage expectations about repair timelines, communicate updates, handle inquiries by phone and email, and assist with inventory and insurance liaising.

Qualifications

• Proven experience within a Customer Service position.
• Highly professional and personable with strong relationship building skills.
• Strong systems experience and competent computer abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to meet strict deadlines.
• Able to work effectively and collaboratively with the team.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring the environment is always customer friendly.
• Greeting customers on arrival.
• Keeping our customers informed about the repair process and anticipated completion dates for their vehicles.
• Contacting customer to ensure that they are satisfied with the AMA experience.
• Telephone and email correspondence.
• Supporting management with inventory (parts, paint, consumables etc).
• Liaise with insurance providers regarding claims/repairs.
