Job summary

SMART is part of AMA Group – the largest collision repair network across Australia and New Zealand. A Customer Service Officer is sought to be the first point of contact for customers at Airport West, providing up-to-date repair information and assuring customers their cars are in safe hands.

This permanent role runs Monday to Friday, 8.00am-4.30pm, offering above-award pay, staff benefits, and opportunities for career development within a leading industry group.

The Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Officer to join the team at Airport West.

You will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing up to date information about their repairs and instilling confidence that the customer has left their car in very capable hands.

Permanent position, Monday to Friday. No weekends! 8.00am-4.30pm. Work with an industry leader.

Role responsibilities
