Job summary

Capital S.M.A.R.T in Airport West, Victoria, is seeking a Customer Service Officer for a permanent, Monday to Friday role. You will be the first point of contact for customers, providing up-to-date information about repairs and instilling confidence that their vehicle is in capable hands.

The role offers a 8:00am-4:30pm schedule with no weekends and opportunities for career development, uniforms and regular incentive programs within a leading accident repair technology company.

• Checking in all customers as they present for their assessment.
• Providing a caring and professional service during all customer interaction.
• Managing the customer return to collect vehicle once repairs are completed.

The Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Officer to join the team at Airport West.

You will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing up to date information about their repairs and instilling confidence that the customer has left their car in very capable hands.

Permanent position, Monday to Friday. No weekends! 8.00am-4.30pm. Work with an industry leader.
