Job summary

LP Commercial Photography is seeking a Customer Service Officer for a 3-6 month project in Smithfield (Sydney, Australia). The role involves order processing, product support, and customer communications, with a focus on delivering excellent service and handling credit card payments.

Key duties include order entry, WMS usage, coordination of deliveries, and support across Sales, Warehouse and Shipping teams. Hours are casual, AU$35–AU$40 per hour, Monday to Friday, start ASAP.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years Customer Service experience.
• A strong understanding of Customer Service principles.
• Be self-motivated, quick learner, with a can do attitude.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Administrative and organisational skills.
• Polite and professional manner.
• Attention to detail.
• SAP Business One (B1) experience (preferred).
• WMS experience required.
• Microsoft Office experience, especially Excel.

Customer Service Officer – Smithfield

• $35-$40 per hour casual rate
• Monday to Friday
• 3 to 6 month project

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Officer with order processing & product support experience to join a large FMCG for 3-6 months. This is a great opportunity for a CSO who is looking to be part of a professional team. This role is to start ASAP.
