Job summary

Rashi Joshi in Norwest is seeking a Customer Experience Officer to support sales and warehouse teams and ensure a seamless end-to-end customer journey.

You will manage customer enquiries by phone and email, process orders, monitor stock, coordinate dispatch with the warehouse, and assist the sales team, building strong customer relationships.

This six-month temporary role offers on-site parking and a path to permanency for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high volume call centre is essential.
• Supply Chain Logistics experience is highly advantageous.
• Salesforce experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proactive, team‑focused approach.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Permanent Resident or Citizens only.
