Synergie Australia is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a trusted client in Northgate, QLD. This is a 3-month temporary assignment with potential for permanent employment.

You will respond to customer enquiries via phone and email, manage requests in Salesforce and internal systems, coordinate service bookings, and maintain accurate records. The role runs Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm, with $35–$40 per hour plus Super.

Qualifikationen

• Previous experience within a customer service or contact centre environment.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
• High attention to detail and data entry accuracy.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
• Experience using Salesforce or other CRM systems will be highly regarded.
• A positive attitude and strong customer‑focused approach.

Aufgaben

• Responding to customer enquiries via phone and email
