Synergie Australia is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a trusted client in Northgate, QLD. The role offers $35-40 per hour plus super, a 3-month temporary contract with potential for permanency, and a Monday–Friday 9:00am–5:00pm roster.

You will handle enquiries across channels, support national accounts, and ensure service delivery aligns with KPIs, while building strong customer relationships and maintaining accurate records.

Qualifikationen

• Previous experience within a customer service or contact centre environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
• High attention to detail and data entry accuracy.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
• Experience using Salesforce or other CRM systems is highly regarded.
• Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.

Aufgaben

• Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email.
• Manage customer requests through Salesforce and internal systems.
