Job summary

Rooty Hill RSL is seeking individuals to join our Customer Service team to assist with shift coverage and additional duties. You will handle inquiries, provide information on SGAC programs, process transactions, and support major events as needed.

The role emphasizes strong communication, reliability, and a willingness to learn in a busy environment, with reception or café experience being advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and professional customer service.
• Assist with enquiries via phone, email and in person.
• Provide information on SGAC programs, classes and services.
• Process customer transactions and maintain accurate records.
• Assist with café orders when required.
• Assist with major events, including ushering and guest support.
