Pace Appointments Pty is recruiting a Project Coordinator to support a major freight-forwarding project in Australia. You will work with an operator in Sydney to coordinate freight movements from origin to final delivery, supporting a growing program with national scope.

You’ll join a fast-growing team, with opportunities to take ownership of day-to-day logistics and advance alongside the project as it expands across Australia.

Qualifications

• Experience in freight forwarding, logistics, transport or project coordination.
• Strong knowledge of export operations with exposure to container movements and airfreight charters.
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Confidence communicating with internal and external stakeholders.
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach with strong attention to detail.
• The ability to take ownership, work autonomously and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Coordinating national inland transport movements across Australia.
• Managing depot coordination, container movements and loadouts.
• Organising deliveries and freight movements into airline terminals.
• Coordinating significant daily airfreight volumes and dedicated aircraft charters.
• Overseeing general product and logistics management on behalf of a major customer.
• Liaising with transport providers, depots, terminals and internal stakeholders.
• Monitoring shipments, managing priorities and ensuring timelines are consistently achieved.
• Providing hands-on operational and project coordination support as the project continues to scale.
