Coates in Karratha, WA is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to join a close-knit team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling enquiries, coordinating equipment solutions and supporting daily branch operations.

This permanent full-time role offers a hands-on environment, opportunities to build relationships across diverse industries, and a collaborative workplace with a strong customer-service culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, administration, coordination or internal sales.
• Strong communication skills and confidence dealing with customers both in person and over the phone.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a busy environment.
• Proactive mindset to determine what needs immediate attention and what can wait.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Outlook, Teams, Word and Excel.

At Coates Karratha, we're looking for a Customer Service Coordinator who enjoys working with people and thrives as part of a close-knit team.

As the first point of contact for customers, you'll manage enquiries, coordinate equipment solutions and support the day-to-day operations of our branch. Working alongside a small team, you'll play an important role in creating a positive experience for customers while contributing to a supportive and collaborative workplace.
