Coates Townsville is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a diverse team of customer and service professionals, delivering outstanding service while driving performance and growth. You will motivate and mentor your team, ensuring cohesive operations across service, workshop, transport, and asset management.

Success stems from strong leadership, effective communication, and a proven track record in achieving branch KPIs, revenue, and safety targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales and operations management.

You will be successful in this role because you relate well to people, can motivate, mentor and develop your team to be its best, operate cohesively as a team and care deeply about the service delivered to Coates’ customers.
