Job summary

Coates Karratha is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to join our close-knit team. As the first point of contact, you will manage enquiries, coordinate equipment solutions and support branch operations to create a positive customer experience.

You will work with a small team to deliver practical equipment solutions, manage a busy inbox and coordinate deliveries and servicing. A proactive, detail-focused mindset and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, administration, coordination or internal sales.
• Strong communication skills and confidence dealing with customers both in person and over the phone.
• The ability to manage competing priorities in a busy environment.
• A proactive mindset and the ability to determine what needs immediate attention and what can wait.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Confidence using systems such as Outlook, Teams, Word and Excel.
• A positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email and face-to-face interactions.
• Manage customer enquiries and support requests through a shared inbox.
• Process hire documentation, quotations and customer requests.
• Coordinate equipment deliveries, pick-ups, transfers and servicing requirements.
• Build strong relationships with customers across a range of industries.
• Work closely with the branch team to deliver practical equipment solutions.
• Support the day-to-day running of a busy branch.
• Pitch in wherever needed to help customers and support the team.
