Job summary

Valenhold Pty Ltd. in Brisbane is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to support our Sales team, keeping processes moving and delivering accurate quotes and timely information.

You'll work with pricing, spreadsheets and sales data, maintain CRM and customer records, and collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Workshop and Procurement to ensure the right information reaches the right people, every time. This full-time, in-office role offers about 80,000 AUD per year plus superannuation, onsite

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, sales support, or administration.
• Ability to manage quotes and tender submissions.
• Experience with CRM and sales data management.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Responding to customer enquiries and preparing accurate, timely quotes, proposals and tender submissions.
• Working with pricing, spreadsheets and sales data to make sure information is accurate and useful.
• Building relationships with customers, supporting their onboarding and helping deliver a great experience with Valenhold.
• Keeping our CRM and customer records organised and up to date.
• Working with our Sales, Engineering, Workshop and Procurement teams to get the right information to the right people.
• Developing sales materials, coordinating events and identifying ways to improve how we work.

What we're looking for

We're looking for someone with experience in customer service, sales support, administration or a similar coordination role. We're less interested in whether you've worked in mining before and more interested in how you think, work and approach a challenge.

You'll probably enjoy this role if you:

• Take initiative, work independently and follow things through.

• Have a sharp eye for detail and take pride in getting things right.

• Are confident working with numbers, Excel and systems, and enjoy making sense of information.

• Can juggle competing priorities without losing track of the little things.

• Communicate confidently and genuinely enjoy building relationships.

• Ask questions, pick things up quickly and look for better ways to work.

An interest in mechanical, electrical or technical products - whether through work, study or a hobby - would be a bonus, but isn't essential.
