Job summary

WOW Recruitment are seeking a proactive Sales, Marketing & Operations Coordinator to join an established international business specialising in heavy machinery space. This role supports sales performance, coordinates marketing activity and keeps the CRM and sales pipeline running smoothly.

You will combine sales coordination, CRM management (Salesforce), lead generation and marketing, with plenty of opportunity to make a tangible impact on the business.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales coordination and commercial support in B2B environments.
• Proficient with CRM systems, ideally hands-on Salesforce experience beyond data entry.
• Highly organised, detail oriented and able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate customer enquiries, sales quotations, proposals and tender documentation with timely follow-up.
• Maintain Salesforce records, monitor opportunities and keep pipeline data accurate.
• Prepare sales reports and track leads, quotations, demonstrations and conversions.
• Research prospective customers, decision-makers, projects and market opportunities.
• Coordinate marketing campaigns, social media content, emails and collateral.
• Support product launches, trade shows, demonstrations and industry events.
• Liaise with sales, service, parts and admin to ensure smooth information flow.
• Monitor outstanding actions and identify opportunities to improve processes.

Sales, Marketing & Operations Coordinator (Salesforce)

WOW Recruitment are seeking a proactive and commercially minded Sales, Marketing & Operations Coordinator to join an established international business specialising in heavy machinery space.

This is an opportunity to join a small Australian team where you'll play a key role in supporting sales performance, coordinating marketing activity and keeping the business's customer information, systems and sales pipeline running smoothly.

Working closely with management and the sales team, you'll suit someone who enjoys taking ownership, improving processes and keeping things moving in a hands-on environment. This is a varied position combining sales coordination, CRM management, lead generation and marketing, with plenty of opportunity to make a tangible impact on the business.

You will be:

• Coordinating customer enquiries, sales quotations, proposals and tender documentation, ensuring timely follow-up
• Maintaining Salesforce records, monitoring sales opportunities and keeping pipeline data accurate and up to date
• Preparing sales reports and tracking leads, quotations, demonstrations and conversion activity
• Researching prospective customers, decision-makers, projects and market opportunities to support business development
• Coordinating marketing campaigns, social media content, email communications and digital and print collateral
• Supporting product launches, trade shows, demonstrations and industry events
• Liaising with sales, service, parts and administration teams to ensure information flows smoothly across the business
• Monitoring outstanding actions, identifying opportunities to improve processes and ensuring important tasks don't fall through the cracks
• Maintaining customer, competitor and market intelligence to help the sales team identify new business opportunities

You are:

• Experienced in sales coordination, sales administration, commercial support or a similar B2B coordination role
• Confident using CRM systems, ideally with hands-on Salesforce experience beyond basic data entry
• Highly organised, detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple priorities
• A strong communicator who can confidently liaise with management, customers and internal stakeholders
• Proactive and accountable, with the ability to follow up outstanding actions and work independently
• Commercially minded, with an understanding of how effective sales support and customer follow-up contribute to business growth
• Comfortable coordinating marketing activities, with experience in campaigns, social media, content or events highly regarded
• Adaptable and happy working across different functions in a small, hands-on team

Experience in heavy machinery, equipment hire, construction, manufacturing, mining, recycling or industrial B2B environments will be highly regarded, but is not essential.
