Qualifications

• Strong organisational and time-management skills.

• Experience with CRM, ERP, or service management systems.

Responsibilities

• Build strong customer relationships and act as the primary operational contact for customers.
• Deliver high-quality, cost-effective service and customer outcomes.
• Coordinate scheduling, workflow and job completion to ensure timely invoicing.
• Manage quotations, parts procurement and invoicing with accuracy.
• Maintain accurate systems, records and financial transactions for compliance.
• Monitor performance, risk and compliance and escalate issues as needed.
• Support operational excellence by reducing administrative burden and improving service delivery.
• Drive continuous improvement through active participation in process initiatives.
