Job summary

Aussie Broadband is seeking a motivated customer service representative to join our call centre. You will handle inbound calls, troubleshoot and resolve basic issues, and deliver an exceptional experience for residential customers. Training will be provided to progress in your career.

Join a supportive team, work a rotating roster from 8am to 12am across seven days, and help us maintain our high standards of service and privacy compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or call-centre environments
• Interest in telco industry and technology
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfort with basic data entry and account inquiries

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from residential customers to troubleshoot and resolve issues
• Provide first-class support and deliver a positive customer experience
• Work a rotating roster from 8am to 12am, Monday to Sunday
• Follow help desk processes and privacy guidelines
• Escalate complex cases when needed
