Job summary

Aussie Broadband is looking for a customer support advisor to help residential customers. This is a call-centre role with inbound calls, training provided to enable progression, and a focus on delivering a great customer experience.

You will work 8-hour shifts on a roster between 8am and 12am, Monday to Sunday, up to 37.5 hours per week. Strong communication and IT curiosity will help you thrive in this role.

Qualifications

• Interest in the telco industry; helpful but not essential.
• Curiosity about IT and technology.
• Background in accounts or customer service.
• Confident computer skills and data entry capability.
• Warm, clear communication with collaborative, empathetic approach.

Responsibilities

• Work 8-hour shifts in the call centre on a rotational roster between 8am and 12am, Monday to Sunday, including public holidays.
• Commit to up to 37.5 hours per week.
