Job summary

Hinterland Toyota in Beaudesert, Queensland, is hiring a Full-Time Detailer/Yardperson to join the New & Used Vehicle Sales Team. Detailing vehicles to showroom standard, applying protective treatments, keeping the yard tidy, and safely moving vehicles on-site are key duties.

We value a can-do attitude, teamwork, reliability, and a commitment to WHS. This role offers a Monday to Friday schedule within a supportive dealership environment.

Qualifications

• Previous work in a similar role or dealership environment is highly regarded but not essential.
• Experience with machine buffing/polishing/paint correction would be advantageous.
• Attention to detail and commitment to a job done right the first time.
• Ability to multitask and work towards deadlines.
• Punctual, reliable and physically active.
• Be a team player who contributes to a fun, positive working environment.
• Driver’s licence (manual preferred).

Responsibilities

• Detailing New and Used Vehicles for showroom standard.
• Application of high-value vehicle treatments such as paint and interior protection products.
• Routine presentation of yard stock and general yard maintenance tasks.
• Safely transporting vehicles around dealership sites and off-premises as required.
• Working and assisting the Sales Team with ad hoc tasks.
• Ensuring a high standard of WHS is adhered to at all times.
• Full Time - Monday to Friday work week.

About the role?

Reporting to our New & Used Sales Manager and Sales Administrator, your tasks include but are not limited to:

• Detailing New and Used Vehicles for delivery to showroom standard
• Application of high-value vehicle treatments such as paint and interior protection products
• Routine presentation of yard stock and general yard maintenance tasks
• Safely transporting vehicles around dealership sites and off-premises as required
• Working and assisting the Sales Team with ad hoc tasks
• Ensuring a high standard of WHS is adhered to at all times
• Full Time - Monday to Friday work week
