About You

We’re looking for people who enjoy working with customers, take pride in their work and want to contribute to a growing team.

You may already have experience in customer service or administration, or you may be ready to take the next step and apply your transferable skills in a new industry.

Your background might include:

  • Customer service or call centre environments.
  • Retail or sales.
  • Hospitality, hotels or restaurants.
  • Reception or front‑desk roles.
  • Administration, bookings or service coordination.

  • A willingness to learn, develop and contribute to the ongoing success of the business.

Previous transport or logistics experience is an advantage, but not essential. We value transferable skills, a positive attitude and the ability to deliver excellent customer service.

What We Offer
  • $75,000–$80,000 + superannuation, depending on experience.
  • Full‑time employment with a growing, family‑owned business.
  • The opportunity to work from our new office at the Port of Brisbane.
  • The chance to join an expanding team as business demand increases.
  • A varied role combining customer service, bookings and administration.
