Maranoa Regional Council is seeking multiple Customer Service Attendants to join our team at the new Aquatic Centre in Roma, Queensland. This casual and part-time role offers frontline customer service, cafe operations, and POS support to ensure a welcoming experience for patrons.

Responsibilities include reception, café service, simple administration, and maintaining safety standards while supporting a positive environment for families and visitors.

Purpose:

The Customer Service Attendant provides frontlinecustomer service, point‑of‑sale support, and café service to ensure awelcoming, efficient, and community‑focused experience for all patrons. Thisrole supports daily operations by assisting with enquiries, processingtransactions, sale of prepackaged snacks and drinks, and maintaining highstandards of cleanliness, safety, and customer care.

Staff in this role contribute directly to the smoothoperation of the Centre and play an important part in creating a positiveenvironment for families, swimmers, and visitors.
