Job summary

Maranoa Regional Council in Roma is seeking multiple Customer Service Attendants to join the new Aquatic Centre. This role provides frontline customer service, point-of-sale support, and cafe service to ensure a welcoming, efficient experience for patrons.

The position supports daily operations by handling enquiries, processing transactions, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety. The preferred candidate must have the legal right to work in Australia and will be required to

Purpose:

The Customer Service Attendant provides frontlinecustomer service, point‑of‑sale support, and café service to ensure awelcoming, efficient, and community‑focused experience for all patrons. Thisrole supports daily operations by assisting with enquiries, processingtransactions, sale of prepackaged snacks and drinks, and maintaining highstandards of cleanliness, safety, and customer care.

Staff in this role contribute directly to the smoothoperation of the Centre and play an important part in creating a positiveenvironment for families, swimmers, and visitors.
