Drakes Supermarkets in Rockhampton’s Glenmore store is seeking a motivated leader to oversee the Customer Service department and drive frontline excellence.

You will manage a small team, create rosters, place orders and perform stock takes, while maintaining a strong customer focus and a hands-on leadership style.

Qualifications

• Retail experience is preferred for the leadership role.
• Ability to lead and manage a team with hands-on approach.
• Strong communication and cost-conscious store management.

About This Opportunity

Our Glenmore store in Rockhampton s is currently looking for a motivated and hard working leader, to join and assist leading the store's Customer Service department.

Reporting directly to the Customer Service Manager, this successful applicant will be responsible for managing a small team, creating rosters, generating orders, completing stock takes + much more!

Working as a part of an enthusiastic team, in a highly competitive supermarket environment, applicants will be expected to demonstrate:
