Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service at all times.
• Assist customers over the phone and in-branch using reservation prompts.
• Create, update and finalise hire schedules.
• Coordinate hire contracts and branch administration.
• Recommend additional equipment to meet customer needs.
• Support branch team with loading/unloading, servicing and cleaning equipment.
