Job summary

City FM Australia is seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative to join our fast-paced team, supporting Coles and delivering exceptional service.

This full-time, six-month fixed-term role operates Monday to Friday, 7am–7pm on a rotating roster, with on-site parking and a strong learning and development program.

You will handle high call volumes, capture data accurately, and contribute to meeting KPIs while building rapport with customers and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in a helpdesk or call centre (12 months preferred).
• Demonstrates exceptional customer service focus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Attend two weeks of paid on-site training.

• Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls.
• Resolve, manage and escalate customer problems.
• Accurately capture data and work to KPIs.
• Build relationships and provide exceptional service to customers.
