Job summary

City FM Australia is seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative to join our fast-paced team supporting Coles. This full-time, 6-month fixed-term role operates Monday–Friday between 7am and 7pm on a rotating roster, with on-site parking.

The ideal candidate will have 12 months helpdesk/call centre experience, exceptional customer service, strong communication skills and keen attention to detail. On-site paid training is provided, and City FM values development and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 12 months experience working on a helpdesk/call centre
• Exceptional customer service focus
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong attention to detail
• Attend 2 weeks on site paid training

Responsibilities

• Effectively manage a high volume of both inbound/outbound calls
• Resolve, manage and escalate problems logged by our customers
• Accurately capture data and work to realistic KPI’s
• Provide exceptional service at every opportunity by building relationships and rapport with your customer, both internal and external
