Job summary

FutureYou is seeking a Customer Service Advisor for a 6-month FTC with remote work most of the week. The role involves handling inbound inquiries via phone and email, resolving issues, and maintaining accurate records in ticketing systems from a home office in Australia.

Shifts include weekends and a 7-day rotating roster, with collaboration in the North Sydney office on select Fridays. The ideal candidate has contact centre experience, proficiency with Zendesk/Salesforce/ServiceNow or similar

Qualifications

Responsibilities
