Job summary

Future You is partnering with an innovative organisation to hire a Customer Service Advisor. This 6 month FTC role offers remote work most of the week, with shifts including weekends and a North Sydney collaboration day.

You will manage inbound enquiries, resolve issues, maintain records in CRM, and contribute to process improvements within a supportive contact centre team.

Qualifications

• Previous contact centre experience handling inbound calls and email enquiries.
• Experience using ticketing systems or CRM platforms such as Zendesk, ServiceNow, Salesforce, or similar.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer service.
• The ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
• Resilience and confidence in handling complex enquiries and customer complaints.

Customer Service Agent - 6 month FTC - Work remote most of the week!

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and making a positive impact on the environment?

We are partnered with an innovative organisation who is on the lookout for their next Customer Service Advisor to join its warm and collaborative team.

This role is initially on a 6 month FTC basis, with strong flexibility to work from home. Please note that shifts will range across the week and also the weekend, and we are looking for someone who can be flexible each week with working during these time frames.

• Managing inbound customer enquiries via phone and email
• Investigating and resolving customer issues and complaints
• Providing accurate information and support to customers and business partners
• Maintaining customer records and case notes within ticketing systems
• Contributing to knowledge-sharing and process improvement initiatives
• Working collaboratively within a team-focused contact centre environment

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

Other details:

• Remote work every day except every second Friday, when all team members are in the North Sydney office for collaboration
• Dedicated home office setup required, including reliable internet connection
• 6 month FTC, working up to 38 hours each week
• Must be available to work shifts during the week and also weekend (For example, some weeks you might work more during the week, other weeks will be more over the weekend. This is a 7 day rotating roster that all team members work to).
