Responsibilities:

Ensure total customer satisfaction by greeting customers in a warming demeanor and answer all calls within a timely manner.

Liaise with workshop team to ensure customers are updated promptly on their vehicle status.

Schedule and coordinate vehicle service appointments efficiently.

Ensure good honest car servicing by providing accurate quotations to customers.

Requirements:
