Job summary

Motorserve Pty is seeking a skilled Motor Mechanic to join our team. You will perform quality servicing, maintenance, and repairs across a range of vehicle makes, ensuring safe, road‑worthy outcomes.

We value practical experience, a Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology, and a valid Australian Drivers’ license. Enjoy a supportive, no‑weekend‑work environment with performance rewards and career progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Basic oral and written communication skills required.
• Experience across a range of vehicle makes and models.
• A valid and current Australian Drivers’ license is required.
• Trade qualifications as a Motor Mechanic - Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology.
• A valid and current MVTC License (Based on State).

Responsibilities

• Perform quality mechanical servicing, maintenance, and repairs of vehicles in a timely manner.
• Diagnose faults and carry out servicing using appropriate work practices, techniques, tools, and equipment.
• Maintain the mechanic workshop in a clean, safe and professional condition.
• Assist with the evaluation and road testing of customers’ vehicles.
• Develop and coach junior tradespeople and apprentices.
