Job summary

Avis Budget Group is hiring for a Customer & Operations Representative in Cairns, QLD. This casual position requires 3-4 days per week and offers a friendly, supportive culture within a global company.

You will greet customers, process rentals and bookings, ensure vehicle cleanliness, and check for pre-existing damage. Training is provided and there are employee discounts and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• A full and valid Australian driver's licence.
• Availability to work on a rotating roster across 3-4 days per week.
• Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional service.
• Comfortable using computer systems to manage bookings and rental information.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Interact with our customers face to face, promoting the Avis Budget Group brand.
• Completing rental transactions, contracts and bookings.
• Cleaning the interior and exterior of our vehicles according to company standards.
• Inspecting vehicles for any damages that occurred during the previous rentals.

About the Role

In this role you will be the face of our brand! You'll interact with our customers at the rental counter, complete rental bookings and responding to general customer inquiries.
