Ballina Toyota is seeking a Service Advisor to act as the vital link between customers and our skilled technicians, delivering a smooth and positive service experience at our Ballina dealership.

You will greet customers, assess service needs, prepare estimates, plan service appointments, and keep clients informed about vehicle status, ensuring satisfaction throughout the service journey.

Responsibilities

• Greeting and assisting customers, and understanding their vehicle service needs.
• Preparing comprehensive repair estimates and service recommendations.
• Scheduling and coordinating vehicle service, repairs and maintenance.
• Providing regular updates to customers on the status of their vehicles.
• Ensuring a superior level of customer satisfaction throughout the service process.
• Maintaining detailed records and documentation of all service work.
• Proactively identifying opportunities to generate additional service revenue.
• Supporting the Parts and Sales teams as needed.
