Job summary

Clancy Motors Bathurst is seeking a motivated Service Advisor to join our busy Service Department. You will be the key link between customers, technicians, and manufacturers, guiding bookings, repairs, and handovers to ensure a seamless experience.

Ideal candidates have strong communication, a genuine passion for customer service, and the ability to work well in a team. Automotive dealership experience is preferred but not essential.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate customer bookings for service, repair, and warranty work.
• Communicate with manufacturers on behalf of customers regarding warranty claims and repairs.
• Check vehicles in and out for service or repair, ensuring clear and professional communication throughout the process.
• Provide outstanding customer service, maintaining strong relationships with both customers and internal team members.
• Support the workshop team in delivering efficient and high-quality service outcomes.
