Job summary

Rechenberg Security and Locksmiths, a trusted family-run business delivering security and locksmith solutions since 1971, seeks a Sales and Service Coordinator in Bundaberg to support the Service Manager and streamline the flow from enquiry to completion.

The role centers on being the central contact point, keeping tasks organised and taking ownership of daily coordination, with a focus on excellent customer service and efficient operations in a busy environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Confident written and verbal communication.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Comfortable working in a busy environment and managing multiple priorities.
• Previous experience in scheduling, customer service, or administration is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer enquiries via phone and multiple email inboxes.
• Assist the Service Manager with daily operations.
• Process customer sales orders and create supplier purchase orders.
• Provide pricing for minor system upgrades.
• Coordinate technician schedules for timely service delivery.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable invoicing.
• Maintain inventory and stock control.
• Manage databases, data entry and reporting.
• Perform general office administration and other tasks as required.
