Smart Locksmith Pty Ltd seeks a proactive Administration & Customer Service Coordinator in Condell Park. You will be the first point of contact for customers, providing essential administrative support to the Service Manager and technicians to keep daily operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities include coordinating jobs, answering inquiries, preparing quotations, invoicing, and maintaining accurate records while upholding exceptional customer service standards.

• Answer inbound calls and respond to enquiries via phone and email.
• Create and process service jobs in the job management system.
• Schedule technicians to maximise efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and issue customer quotations.
• Generate invoices and assist with job completion administration.
• Maintain accurate job records and ensure data entry accuracy.
• Liaise with customers, technicians, contractors, suppliers and stakeholders.
