The Good Guys Tamworth is hiring a Customer Service Team Member to support store operations and deliver a sales-focused, high-quality customer experience. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will handle cash, multi-channel fulfilment, enquiries and stock integrity.

You will contribute to a positive store vibe, participate in promotions, and continuously develop product knowledge through online platforms.
