Job summary

The Good Guys is seeking a Customer Service Team Member to support store operations and sales growth. You will be part of a customer-facing team delivering efficient administration, cash handling, stock integrity, and multi-channel fulfilment to ensure a smooth shopping experience.

You will contribute to promotional activities, resolve customer queries, and help maintain brand standards across the store, with opportunities for training and development within our hybrid work model.

Responsibilities

• Deliver effective store administration in line with standard procedures.
• Handle cash and tendering transactions.
• Manage store multi-channel fulfilment and stock integrity.
• Handle telephone management and enquiries.
• Support marketing and promotional activity.
• Contribute to financial performance through inventory management and controllable expenses.
• Manage all sales channel fulfilment according to procedures.
• Work collaboratively to deliver a consistent store and channel experience and resolve customer issues.
• Contribute to brand and store presentation through merchandising and in-store marketing.
